Programs "Boot Camp France" took place outdoors, in parks or seaside, they are composed of exercises using body weight as, pumps, squats, push-ups, and repetitions of sequences of several years, interspersed with races and challenges. The idea is that everyone works at its own pace within a team towards the same objective by 2, small teams of 3 or 4 people or 2 teams front, work is more fun and motivating. These programs are open to all regardless of their level.
